At 1Sports, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 4 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
Depending on the destination and weight of your order, we use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Orders for fabric swatches are shipped via USPS.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the courier’s website.

Delivery Time: Transit time varies depending on the destination and shipping method. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. For most destinations, orders typically arrive within 5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional processing time.
- Some packages may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave it at a local post office or attempt redelivery.
Delayed Deliveries:
We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating. If your package is not delivered within 14 business days of dispatch, we will issue a full or partial refund of your shipping fee, no questions asked.
